Day Program Support Staff

Shifts: Mon - Fri 8am to 4pm. Full or part time. (Complete 8 hour shift for part time your choice of days.)

General Responsibilities:

• Interact with each individual to build rapport
• Plan and participate in activities
• Provide support with social and life skills
• Assist in maintaining a clean environment
• Complete daily documentation
• Assist individuals with hygiene or eating

General Requirements:

• Willingness to submit to and pass a Utah background check and drug screen
• Aptitude to laugh
• Utah Drivers License
